(Exhibition Event) Shuttle Hurdle Relay – July 2010
An exhibition Shuttle Hurdle Relay is tentatively scheduled for July2010
afternoon at the Masters Track & Field National Outdoor Championships.
in Sacramento I will gladly assist with organizing teams.

Potentially this will be Sunday July 25, 2010 apprx. 3 PM.

- Hurdle spacing, distances, and heights will be per WMA standards.

- Ten year age brackets

- Two lanes per relay team.

- Each team to have four plus alternate(s)
4 x 110 M, 4 x 100 M, or 4 x 80 M depending on WMA standards.

- It is recommended that each team has two alternates.
