What does the Bible
say about “home”?
Daniel 6:10 (NIV)
10 Now
when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his
upstairs room where the
windows opened toward Jerusalem.
Three times a day
he got down on his knees and
prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had
done before.
Zephaniah 3:20 (NIV)

that time I will gather you; at that
time I will bring you home.
I will give you honor and praise among all
the peoples of the earth
when I restore your fortunes before your
very eyes," says the LORD.
Hebrews 11:9 (NIV)
9 By faith he made his home in the
promised land like a stranger in a foreign country;

Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.
